Founder and Director of Beauty21 Academy School of Cosmetology & Esthetics, a licensed
training institution in Fayetteville, Georgia, committed to developing the next generation of
beauty professionals beyond the chair—into CEOs.

As a multi-business owner, Shannon is also the founder of ShaMari Hair Salon, Creator of
Beauty21 Professional Haircare, and Founder of Beauty21 Academy Foundation Inc., a
nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth and underserved communities
through beauty education, career exposure, and entrepreneurship opportunities.
